Yoga Therapy
Our 60-minute private Yoga sessions are tailored to your needs, from stress relief to recovery. Whether restorative, Hatha, or Vinyasa, each session enhances balance, flexibility, and well-being through guided practice.

Stretch & Strengthen:
Develop mobility, strength, and balance through guided active stretching, calisthenic conditioning, and coordination exercises.

Active Stretch:
Boost flexibility, improve range of motion, and enhance functional movement with guided passive and resistant stretching.

Yoga:
A blend of gentle postures, mobility, and relaxation techniques for enhanced flexibility, stability, and inner calm.

Jennifer Yarro, Director of Fitness & Wellness With over 25 years of experience and holding multiple certifications for fitness, yoga, and massage therapy, Jennifer blends advanced hands-on techniques with functional movement, injury prevention, and holistic healing to empower clients to move better, recover faster, and unlock their full potential. As an educator and group facilitator, she has trained and mentored professionals worldwide while working with elite athletes, corporate executives, and wellness seekers alike.

Donna Montesanti, Personal Trainer & Fitness Instructor With 30 years of experience in personal training and group fitness, Donna is dedicated to helping clients of all ages and abilities build strength, mobility, and confidence. She holds multiple certifications, including AFAA Personal Training, Group Exercise, Senior Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, and Nutrition, allowing her to create well-rounded, personalized programs.
